Retail Radio Link
A retail radio link system is an interactive element within a local crime reduction partnership. Retail radio link encourages retailers, pubs and clubs, town centre management, shopping centres and CCTV management suites to share information with each other instantaneously and with the local police.
Through its partners, the SBCC can
generally arrange for areas to use retail radio link on a trial
basis, with no obligation to take the system on permanently. The
SBCC can also provide all the procedures and protocols necessary
for using retail radio link, thereby ensuring a seamless
integration of the service.
