AIMS AND OBJECTIVES
This free half day conference will examine three main themes, each aimed at raising awareness of how you may be vulnerable to serious organised criminal infiltration and what you can do about it by discussing:
• Internal Audit - Identify opportunities minimising the harm, risk and threat from serious organised crime.
• Data Integrity – Cloud Computing, new rewards and new risks, what this means for you.
• Bribery and Corruption – It’s the law but where are your greatest threats and are you ready?

BACKGROUND
Serious organised crime is one of the biggest threats facing Scotland's communities and businesses. Criminals are sophisticated in their methods and use various opportunities to expand their illegal activity for power and profit, often utilising legitimate organisations in both the public and private sectors. Serious Organised Crime Groups have a significant impact on the Scottish economy hampering our economic recovery.
