Critical Incident Leadership Training

In response to a number of enquiries from clients and the market place in general, M&H Consultants and Training, supported by the Scottish Business Crime Centre, have developed a training and evaluation model for middle and senior managers who are required to occupy the role of Critical Incident Leader during an emergency or crisis.
Three sessions have been proposed, all identical in format to
allow you to select the most suitable date and location to attend.
Dates and locations are as follows:
Thursday 7 June 2012 - Glasgow
Tuesday 19 June 2012 - Dunblane
Thursday 21 June 2012 - Edinburgh
Target Audience
Training is suitable for middle or senior managers operating in
large retail operations, leisure and hotel industry, licensed
trade, transport and logistics sector, public transport, town
centre management, financial sector, local authorities, public
health bodies, petro-chemical industry and utility companies. This
training is being carried out prior to and in preparation for those
who may be impacted upon by the Olympics this summer.
Training Outcomes
Training will enable attendees to:
self examine their leadership qualities and approach train to
equip themselves with the tradecraft and personal skills required
to lead in the initial period of an incident assist in
understanding and coping with the tensions and threats that emerge
during a critical incident.
Cost
The attendance fee is £99 + VAT (£118.80). Payment will be
processed by the Scottish Business Crime Centre, please note that
the SBCC accept payment by all major credit and debit cards. Please
note that credit card payments are subject to a surcharge of £3 +
VAT.
